ANSIEDAD, ATAQUES DE PANICO Y DEPRESSION
“Me empecé a sentir mejor
inmediatamente.
Ya no tengo mas ataques de pánico, ansiedad ni depresión”.
Padecí de ansiedad, enojos, ataques de pánico y depresión. Esto me
afectaba en todo incluyendo mi trabajo, mi vida social y en el
hogar. Me enojaba mucho con mi esposo y me ponía de mal humor.
No tenía energía para hacer nada y la depresión me provocaba comer
