I suffered from anxiety, depression, stomach pains, GERD, sinus infections, and chronic infections in different organs. I was worried, afraid and felt uncertain. My condition limited me at work and affected my daily routine of walking, breathing, laughing and eating. I couldn’t work, and I couldn’t go out with my family. I felt bad and had no energy. I was breathless and I could not eat because food would get stuck in my esophagus. I had a sensation of choking, and I had shortness of breath, gas, bloating, and constipation. I didn’t want to live because of the pain, discomfort and anxiety. I lost 47 pounds.

I went to the medical doctors and they gave me drugs such as penicillin, anti-depressants, anti-acids, and drugs for anxiety. I even saw a psychologist and was hospitalized several times. I got an endoscope and x-rays and they found no problems, but they gave me more drug medications. I got no results after being under their care for 8 months (from February-October 2005) and the anxiety was worse. Nothing was improving for me and they didn’t offer any treatment except drugs, which led to bad side effects of headaches, vomiting and dizziness. My health only got worse and my pocket too. I was disappointed with modern medicine.

On November 28, 2005 I came to the Natural Medicine Center. I came here because I got tired of visiting more than 8 doctors and being in the emergency room 4 times. I wanted to get better and I wanted to feel good again. I was not a believer of natural medicine and I doubted that this would work, but my family was supportive of the decision. I began getting acupuncture treatments and taking herbs, and I was given nutrition and dietary guidelines.

In one week I started feeling a difference. As a result of the treatments, I had rapid recovery and my life has happiness and peace. I have a better quality of life and I feel younger. Most importantly, I can eat! My friends and family were surprised at the results after seeing the tremendous change in such a short time after being so sick. Many people asked me where I go to get treated because I was doing so well.
