FUME POR MAS DE 20 AÑOS HE DEJADO DE FUMAR

dejado de fumar Estoy feliz he realizado una meta que era difícil
alcanzar”
Por más de 20 años fume cigarrillos y solo tenia ganas de seguir
fumando. Empecé a fumar 4 cigarrillos al día, después se convirtió
en 4 cajas al día. Me enfermaba seguido y me daba gripe con
frecuencia, también empezaba a toser mas. Intente con el chicle y
parche para dejar de fumar pero los resultados fueron a corto plazo.
El 14 de Enero del 2006, vine al Centro De Medicina Natural, porque
quería dejar de fumar. Había leído literatura sobre ello y quería
intentarlo. Mi familia y amigos me apoyaron al tomar esta decisión.
